Make your "Word" your own!

If you are using Microsoft Word (and I think you should) you can make it "your own". There are so many options using Word, but the normal "default" toolbars when installed can be changed easy. You can look at my current Word and there are options that most don't see. Use "Tools" and click on "Options" or "Customize" and you may find options that you like. On the "Customize" option you can just slide an item (command) and drop it to your toolbar and it's yours!

There are thousands, or perhaps
millions of "freeware" or "shareware" utilities all over the
Internet.

Some are fine, but be careful!

If you want to download a utility or a program read all of the "small text" at the bottom of the install menu. You may get something that you didn't want.

So many people download so many 'free" utilities that their computers can't even start anymore. Make sure that you know what you are doing.

For great utilities take a look at the
Windows®
website. They are checked and they tell us it's okay to download it.

Personally, I don't like the toolbars in the same line, so that we must click on the edge of the bar to see the rest of the options. I change the default installation so that I can see all of the icons.

To try this, click on "Tools" again, and click on the "Options" at the bottom. The new menu (at the right) has a tab that says "General". Get rid of the check on "Recent used file list" and when you restart you will be able to see all of the icons on each line, instead of all of them in one line. If you don't like it do the same thing in and it's gone.

There are lots of more options to change your Word! You can make it "yours" anytime that you want to. Since I use Word all the time, I wanted to configure the program to work the way I wanted to, and you can do the same thing. You can click on "Tools" and then click on "Options" and you will find several different things that you can configure, and, remember that all of this is one-hundred-percent Microsoft, so you can never do something wrong. You can always "go back" the way it use to be, or even just click on "default" and your program is the way it was when you got it.

Before we change the station, remember that I have returned most of my communication abilities and I did this with Microsoft Word. Those afflicted that do want to try my plan, or my strategy, MS Word is critical, but I will tell you how to start...send an email to ghoster@charter.net.

We want to tell you a story...next:
